I always leave Stephanie carrying a deep resonating sense of life’s sacredness, and with a fresh, embracing feeling of connectedness to myself.

I wish everyone would receive her work.

Reiki

Reiki is universal life energy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means, 'God's Wisdom', and Ki which is 'life force energy'. Receiving Reiki is a safe way to treat the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.  Reiki energy works in conjunction with all other medical and therapeutic techniques to reduce stress and encourage recovery.

Reiki is energy healing that awakens and reunites the spirits connectedness by balancing and harmonizing the body's own energy field with universal vitality. With gentle holds above or on the body, the practitioner becomes a channel through which life force energy moves. This modality encourages deep rest within, balance and a sense of well-being.

Energetic cord release

Energetic cords are connections made between our subtle bodies. Cords are made up of astral energy; our raw life force and etheric energy; our thought waves. These connections are made throughout our lives through intimate relations like family, partners and friends. Emotional and life energies are transferred through cords in both directions which may draw rather than fortify.

Releasing cords is a process that involves every energy center in your body. From the root chakra to the crown the energetic bindings are carefully and gently entangled. Profound shifts are made when a line is intentionally let go of. Establishing new patterns allows for new possibilities. Releasing energetic chords is deep work that will likely benefit from time after the session to rest and process your experience. Give yourself some space while the healing settles in.
